Do you offer urgent or same-day printing?
Yes. Many products—including flyers, business cards, and stickers—can be printed same-day depending on workload. Extra express fees may apply.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes. Our design team can create custom artwork for invitations, banners, signs, promotional items, and branded apparel.
Can I place an order online?
Yes. You can place orders directly on our website, upload your artwork, and complete payment securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money, Visa/MasterCard, Pesapal, and bank transfer.
Do I pay before or after printing?
All printing and branding orders must be paid upfront before production begins.
How do I upload my artwork?

What format should my artwork be in?
We recommend PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, SVG, or any high-resolution format.
Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
Orders that have already gone into production cannot be cancelled, but small edits may be possible depending on progress.
What is the typical printing turnaround time?
Most products are ready within 24–48 hours, depending on quantity and design approval.
Do you print on clothing?
Yes. We brand t-shirts, polo shirts, jackets, hoodies, athletic wear, uniforms, workwear and more.
Can I get samples before printing?
Digital samples are available. Physical samples may require additional charges.
What if my artwork is low quality?
Our design team will notify you if your artwork needs improvement to avoid blurry or pixelated prints.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees vary by location. Rates are shown during checkout or communicated via WhatsApp.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is available after confirmation. We will notify you when your job is ready.
Do you issue EFRIS invoices or receipts?
Yes, EFRIS invoices and receipts are available upon request.
Is there an extra charge for EFRIS invoices?
Yes. EFRIS-compliant invoices attract 25% tax, instead of the standard 18% VAT.
This covers mandatory URA compliance charges.
When do I request an EFRIS invoice?
Request it before making payment, or during order placement.
Can I convert a normal receipt to EFRIS later?
No. EFRIS invoices must be issued before production or payment confirmation.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds apply only if the product was not delivered or is proven defective based on our inspection.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Please contact support immediately with photos. We will review and reprint if the issue is caused by us.
Do you make teardrop banners?
Yes. We design, print, and supply all teardrop sizes with poles and carrying bags.
Do you sell pull-up banners?
Yes. Pull-up banners come complete with stand and full-color printed graphics.
How long does signage production take?
3D and neon signs take 3–7 working days depending on size and materials.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest.
How do I track my order?
You can track your running jobs on our Project Status page, updated in real time.
Can I reorder past jobs?
Yes—simply contact us or find your order in your account (if registered).
What if my upload fails?
Send your artwork via WhatsApp or email.
